Po the German Shepherd

Meet Po, the German Shepherd pup who lives in a world of satire, nonsensical humor, and wordplay. Po is a simple, well-intentioned creature who often gets himself into shenanigans. I’ve been drawing Po since I was in first grade. Growing up, he was a ubiquitous character, appearing on birthday cards, comics, and animations made on shoddy 90’s software.

Po has recently made a resurgence and is no longer a silly childhood drawing, but a silly adulthood drawing.

I make Po art to connect with others through humor, whether through wordplay , cute drawings, and/or by making light of struggles we all face. Po embodies the caring and loving spirit of dogs and their ability to connect with others. Sharing Po means sharing love, warmth, and a pinch of silliness!
